Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

In addition, we offer Safe & Secure shipping, which will provide you with secured shipping that can't go wrong. If anything happens, it's on us.

Shipping Times

Below are the estimated shipping times. Sometimes it happens shipping times are faster, since we have warehouses around the globe (United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Asia and Russia) we try to send your order from the warehouse that is the closest to you. 

7 - 13 Days:

Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic

13 - 17 Days:

Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia

17 - 25 Days:

United States, Russia, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Turkey, Other Countries

We do everything to make the promised delivery time true. If that does not work out, we will inform you accordingly. Please note that the postal service and our warehouse do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your parcel to arrive.  

What is the shipping cost?

Free everything on all orders of 20,- and above! You don't have to pay for the shipping costs, it's on us. Even if it has to travel the whole world. Woohoo!

Anything below 20,- gets charged with just a little shipping fee. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order. You can also calculate the shipping cost in your shopping card.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has shipped. This will also provide you with an order number which you can use to track your order. You can track your order on our tracking page here: Track Order. 

Keep in mind that tracking information is available only after 1-2 days of the shipping confirmation.
